We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing time.

  • Rejected: If the item does not meet our return criteria, we will notify you of the reasons.

Transparency is important to us. All updates regarding the status of your return, inspection results, and refund processing will be sent directly to you from our official email address: support@talhaluxe.store. Please ensure you whitelist this email address to avoid missing any updates.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@talhaluxe.store so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
